Dr. Grubaugh’s expertise helped change the jaw structure of one son so he hopefully won’t need jaw surgery in the future and helped move around teeth to the proper positions for my other son so his adult teeth had room to emerge in the proper places. The office is very welcoming with touch-screen computers in the waiting room, Dippin’ Dots for special rewards, a free movie day at the theater and coin rewards that can be redeemed for gift cards. Both of my kids loved attending their appointments here. Highly recommend!"

"Dr. Grubaugh’s practice has been nothing short of incredible for my son’s orthodontic needs. Pricing has been fair and locally competitive. He explained his technique thoroughly and treatment time was exactly as stated. My son felt comfortable the entire time even through some more challenging parts of his treatment. Office visit timing is flexible, which is important for parents’ and students’ schedules. Most importantly his staff goes above and beyond. I write this review while Audrey, an amazing assistant, has graciously stayed after hours in order to help un-mold a mouthguard I accidentally secured straight to my son’s braces. No complaints from the office. No extra fees despite the fact *I* caused this. No “too bad, we can’t help.” This place genuinely cares for every person it treats. I wish all doctors and their teams were like this. Can 1,000% recommend this office."

"Getting braces isn’t the most fun experience but Dr. Grubaugh and his staff make it enjoyable. Kids are treated like young adults and even check themselves in. Dr Grubaugh is great about communicating what is going on and the visits are always fast. My kids love coming in because of the fun things that are always going on. "Our experience with DeWitt location of Grubaugh Orthodontics has been excellent. Most importantly, my daughter's teeth have made so much progress in 7 months, that it has blown my mind. Whatever he's doing, is working wonderfully for us. My daughter is happy and and we get to see her smile, which she didn't do before due to her extreme crowding! The staff at Grubaugh Orthodontics is always very friendly, pleasant and accommodating, which is much appreciated. The interior office environment and aesthetics is so fun and right on point to make kids and teens feel comfortable. Appointments are always on schedule, and I would say our average time in the office for an appointment is never longer than 15 minutes, except for when the braces were put on. Dr. Grubaugh creates this Orthodontics experience that holds the kids accountable for their progress and oral health in a fun and interesting way by having lots of contests and drawings. Lastly, he is a huge supporter of the DeWitt community and schools. I love nothing more to support a business that truly cares and gives back. The office staff are very friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have, they always go above and beyond to accommodate busy schedules when making appointments. I am finishing my second orthodontic treatment with Dr. Grubaugh (after not wearing my retainer following the first round of braces... oops!), and I would always recommend him- he provided me with all of my treatment options and the necessary information to determine the best course of treatment for my individual orthodontic needs. I've experienced regular braces treatment and Invisalign treatment through Grubaugh orthodontics and each experience was great and Dr. Grubaugh is very knowledgable about the benefits of both. The atmosphere is very fun and there is something for everyone- being an adult patient, I appreciate the option for separate waiting areas and the upgraded technology throughout the entire office. "I took my son to the dewitt office after going to another orthodontics office for a consult for braces. I was thoroughly impressed with how organized everyone was and I felt like I understood the entire process and my questions were answered. The doctor had digital x-rays and photos taken that helped with explaining things visually for me. I do not remember the lady that came to take x-rays but she was so nice also. The doctor himself was friendly, caring, and knowledgable . I felt at home their and the entire staff was very welcoming. My initial contact on the phone was with Sally and she was fantastic and friendly, and even greeted us when we arrived for the consultation. She made me laugh over the phone and I immediately thought I hope they are as good as her in the office because I would like to use them to get my son braces even though they are farther than the other place I went to. The contrast between the 2 places was night and day. Then I got to the office and Marsha was the next person we came into contact with. Oh my what an organized, kind, caring,friendly, sweet lady she was. She explained so much to my son and I and the environment was so kid friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone . Thank you for making us feel so welcomed, and I forgot to say how they have a reward kids program and I thought this was an excellent idea to have the kids be a integral part of their treatment."
