I didn’t have to take off work or pull my son out of school to come into appointments very frequently. We were able to scan everything and get feedback that way! We were also very grateful to be able to set up a payment plan that made it much more financially possible. When we needed to be seen for a broken whatever they were able to get my son in pretty quickly. Wait times were always pretty short in office. I love that they allow and encourage children to check in themselves. I feel like that's awesome to give them that lesson for real life adult tasking that isn't always thought about."
