"We have been at Grubaugh for a year and a half now, and they have been amazing! Brought both of my twins there to be evaluated. One of them needed braces with a herbst appliance. The other will need braces down the road, but not yet. I really appreciate their honesty in not doing things that aren't actually necessary! With the trivia questions, guessing games with prizes, and the coins they can earn towards gift cards, Dr. Grubaugh and his team really make going to the orthodontist something to look forward to! All offices we visited quoted total prices within $100 of each other.The entire office staff is friendly and efficient. The office is always sparkling clean and welcoming. I appreciated the multiple time options when scheduling an appointment and how quickly they were able to get my daughter in the one time she broke a bracket. Our 2nd child started treatment as well and it is incredibly convenient that we can always schedule 2 appointments together or back to back.The special things they do, like the coins, Dippin Dots and movie days, are absolutely wonderful and our daughter obviously loved them. "I originally was a Dr. Faust patient and although he did good but over time the retainers I had would break (wire retainer). I came to Grubaugh because my teeth shifted so much I just couldn’t stand it anymore. I was able to get the Invisalign and now my teeth are back to where they were before and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Grubaugh’s expertise helped change the jaw structure of one son so he hopefully won’t need jaw surgery in the future and helped move around teeth to the proper positions for my other son so his adult teeth had room to emerge in the proper places. "So close to getting my braces off! I was extremely nervous to get braces on. An adult, in my late 20's..I have two young children and my insurance was not going to cover any of the cost at all. My dentist gave me the choice to get two implants put in or get two bridges. So I asked about seeing an orthodontist. I'm SO glad I asked! I went in for my first visit and was told what to expect, the do's and don'ts of wearing braces, and the affordable monthly cost. The staff is so fun and friendly. They are always doing wonderful things for the community. Very pleased with my experience here! Also, the patient portal is SO convenient for checking when my next appointment is or checking my remaining balance and making payments. Love the website too!
