Dr. Grubaugh’s expertise helped change the jaw structure of one son so he hopefully won’t need jaw surgery in the future and helped move around teeth to the proper positions for my other son so his adult teeth had room to emerge in the proper places. The office is very welcoming with touch-screen computers in the waiting room, Dippin’ Dots for special rewards, a free movie day at the theater and coin rewards that can be redeemed for gift cards. Appointments are always on schedule, and I would say our average time in the office for an appointment is never longer than 15 minutes, except for when the braces were put on. "I took my son to the dewitt office after going to another orthodontics office for a consult for braces. I was thoroughly impressed with how organized everyone was and I felt like I understood the entire process and my questions were answered. The doctor had digital x-rays and photos taken that helped with explaining things visually for me. I do not remember the lady that came to take x-rays but she was so nice also. The doctor himself was friendly, caring, and knowledgable . I felt at home their and the entire staff was very welcoming. My initial contact on the phone was with Sally and she was fantastic and friendly, and even greeted us when we arrived for the consultation. She made me laugh over the phone and I immediately thought I hope they are as good as her in the office because I would like to use them to get my son braces even though they are farther than the other place I went to. The contrast between the 2 places was night and day. Then I got to the office and Marsha was the next person we came into contact with. Oh my what an organized, kind, caring,friendly, sweet lady she was. She explained so much to my son and I and the environment was so kid friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone . Thank you for making us feel so welcomed, and I forgot to say how they have a reward kids program and I thought this was an excellent idea to have the kids be a integral part of their treatment."
