"We have been at Grubaugh for a year and a half now, and they have been amazing! Brought both of my twins there to be evaluated. One of them needed braces with a herbst appliance. The other will need braces down the road, but not yet. I really appreciate their honesty in not doing things that aren't actually necessary! With the trivia questions, guessing games with prizes, and the coins they can earn towards gift cards, Dr. Grubaugh and his team really make going to the orthodontist something to look forward to! We even got to enjoy a private showing of Wicked 2 in the theater this past fall for their patient appreciation weekend! Will be bringing my other kids here for sure. And I even wound up coming here myself for Invisalign and have had a great experience myself!"

Other offices near our home wanted our daughter to have multiple segments and additional procedures. All offices we visited quoted total prices within $100 of each other.The entire office staff is friendly and efficient. The office is always sparkling clean and welcoming. I appreciated the multiple time options when scheduling an appointment and how quickly they were able to get my daughter in the one time she broke a bracket. Our 2nd child started treatment as well and it is incredibly convenient that we can always schedule 2 appointments together or back to back.The special things they do, like the coins, Dippin Dots and movie days, are absolutely wonderful and our daughter obviously loved them. Dr. Grubaugh’s expertise helped change the jaw structure of one son so he hopefully won’t need jaw surgery in the future and helped move around teeth to the proper positions for my other son so his adult teeth had room to emerge in the proper places. The office is very welcoming with touch-screen computers in the waiting room, Dippin’ Dots for special rewards, a free movie day at the theater and coin rewards that can be redeemed for gift cards. The staff work hard and Dr. Grubaugh appreciates them, so they have that nice work family atmosphere. They were professional, kind, and flexible. Whenever we had a problem with her braces or appliance they made sure she was seen promptly to have the issue corrected. The office has a relaxing atmosphere to help with any stress. On top of all this they have a rewards program for your child, birthday treat, and every year we have been there, Grubaugh Orthodontics has had a special day out for their clients and their families. Every time we have gone to one of these we had a blast. I also love that I see them out at schools and other events giving back to the community. My younger daughter will need braces soon and I will definitely have them done at Grubaugh Orthodontics."

Office visit timing is flexible, which is important for parents’ and students’ schedules. Most importantly his staff goes above and beyond. I write this review while Audrey, an amazing assistant, has graciously stayed after hours in order to help un-mold a mouthguard I accidentally secured straight to my son’s braces. No complaints from the office. No extra fees despite the fact *I* caused this. No “too bad, we can’t help.” This place genuinely cares for every person it treats. Appointments are always on schedule, and I would say our average time in the office for an appointment is never longer than 15 minutes, except for when the braces were put on. Thank you thank you thank you!My story is below:As a young girl and into my high school years, I was always self conscious about the gaps in my teeth. Around the age of 16 I began to experience jaw issues that caused a lot of pain and discomfort for years. The first orthodontist I visited at the age of 16 told my mom and I that they would have to break my jaw and I would also have to wear a bite splint for the rest of my high school days. I opted out of that treatment because of the extensive amount of work that they wanted to do on my mouth. After talking to others about my issue, I was recommended by many friends to visit Dr. Grubaugh for a second opinion. Many of these friends had been to the same orthodontist and were also told that the jaw needed to be broken to fix the issue, however after treatment with Dr. Grubaugh their issues were solved with braces. I decided to visit Dr. Grubaugh at the age of 19, and I started treatment shortly after my initial visit. Dr. Grubaugh was able to fix my bite with rubber bands and relieve the pain I used to experience in my jaw. I also received the cosmetic changes I have always wanted since I was a little girl.After 18 months of treatment I am now 21 and braces free. I am so happy with my results! "I took my son to the dewitt office after going to another orthodontics office for a consult for braces. I was thoroughly impressed with how organized everyone was and I felt like I understood the entire process and my questions were answered. The doctor had digital x-rays and photos taken that helped with explaining things visually for me. I do not remember the lady that came to take x-rays but she was so nice also. The doctor himself was friendly, caring, and knowledgable . I felt at home their and the entire staff was very welcoming. My initial contact on the phone was with Sally and she was fantastic and friendly, and even greeted us when we arrived for the consultation. She made me laugh over the phone and I immediately thought I hope they are as good as her in the office because I would like to use them to get my son braces even though they are farther than the other place I went to. The contrast between the 2 places was night and day. Then I got to the office and Marsha was the next person we came into contact with. Oh my what an organized, kind, caring,friendly, sweet lady she was. She explained so much to my son and I and the environment was so kid friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone .
